WARRANTY / RETURNS / DELIVERY
DUVET COVERS, BED LINENS AND NIGHTWEAR Cover Story Bedding is guaranteed for one year against any defects found in workmanship and/or materials, under normal use. An original Cover Story Bedding label must still be attached or the warranties are void.
There are considerations to make for laundering (see Laundering), and for best results please follow these instructions. The Linen goods are pre-washed, the Cotton goods have shrinkage allowances.
It is normal to find irregularities in the weave of the fabrics, particularly with linens and silks. These are not defects and should be considered part of the natural beauty and characteristics of the bed linens.
Only returns are permitted within the Warranty guidelines for repair.
No refunds are accepted.
One way shipping is covered when returning the repaired product to the customer.

PORTIER DUNN FEATHER PRODUCTS
Workmanship & Materials Duvets are guaranteed for 20 years against any defects found in workmanship and/or materials, under normal use. A duvet cover must be used at all times. Pillow fills are similarly guaranteed for 5 years.
Warmth Guarantee: Winter Weight Duvets are guaranteed to be warm enough for 10 years, or we will add more down at no charge. Down cannot be taken out of a duvet.
Design Guarantee: We guarantee that down will not shift from one chamber to another for the life of the duvet.
Note: A duvet cover must be used at all times on a duvet, and a pillow protector on a pillow. Also, an original Portier & Dunn label must still be attached or these guarantees are void.
